FaithXplore began as a shared spreadsheet between friends planning a Kailash Mansarovar trip who couldn't find one reliable source for permits, altitude prep and budgets. It grew into a platform.
How We Started
A group of friends preparing for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra found that trustworthy information was scattered across forums, outdated PDFs and conflicting agent quotes. They built a shared document to track visa steps, altitude acclimatisation and cost estimates for their own trip.
When relatives and colleagues began asking to reuse that document for their own journeys, it became clear that Indian pilgrims across every faith tradition faced the same gap: travel content written for general tourists, not for people undertaking a sacred journey with specific rituals, dress codes and family considerations.
